1.) At the Blacks' hose Montag hides the books in the kitchen then he calls the firemen to the house to burn it.

2.) Faber describes the war as being remote because everyone has their own troubles.

3.) Fabers tv is small because he wanted something he could walk with and he could blot out with the palm of his hand that wasn't monstrously big.

4.) The news was on tv while Montag was on the run. It was talking about him being look for and how they brought another mechanical hound to track him down.

5.) Montag was running from the hound when everyone looked out of their houses.

The reason Montag turned the flamethrower on Beatty was because he wanted to stop Beatty from tracing the small green metal object and arresting Faber
